Welcome to Haus of Light! We’re thrilled to have you consider our studio for your creative projects. Before you book, please take a moment to review our studio rules to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone.
HAUS RULES:
No Smoking: Our studio is a smoke-free environment. Please refrain from smoking inside the premises.
No Adult Content: To maintain a professional and respectful atmosphere, adult content is not permitted in the studio.
No Pets Allowed: For the safety and comfort of all our clients, we kindly ask that you leave pets at home. Our studio is a pet-free space to ensure a clean and distraction-free environment for everyone.
Max Capacity: The studio has a maximum capacity of 10 people per session. Please adhere to this limit to ensure safety and comfort for all.
Time Management: Set up and breakdown should be factored into your booking time. Sessions maybe booked back to back, so please be on time and exit the space at the end of your scheduled time. Guest will be charged an additional $75 for going over time.
Event Inquiries: If you’re planning to host an event, please contact our client services team for special arrangements and guidelines. Photographer Not Included: Please note that the booking fee only covers the rental of the studio space. A photographer is not included with the session.
Respect the Space: Treat our studio and its equipment with care. Any damages incurred may result in additional charges.
Cancellation Policy
– Guests may cancel their booking until 30 days before the session starts and will receive a full refund.
– Guests may cancel their booking between 30 and 7 days before the session starts and receive a 50% refund.
– Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the session starts are not refundable.
